Can you fix my computer remotely?

Can you upgrade my computer to Windows 11?

Yes — provided your PC meets Microsoft’s hardware requirements (TPM 2.0, a supported processor, enough RAM). If it does, we can run the upgrade, migrate your files and settings, and check everything works properly afterwards. If your machine doesn’t meet the requirements, we’ll be honest about whether it’s worth pushing ahead with a workaround installation, or whether you’d be better staying on Windows 10 for now and planning a hardware upgrade instead.

Can you collect my computer?

Yes — for hardware repairs, we’re happy to collect from your home or office in Crawley and the surrounding area, and return it once it’s fixed. For larger desktops or anything fragile, this is often the quickest option. There’s no extra charge for collection within our standard coverage area; for anything further out, we’ll quote any travel time upfront before agreeing to do it.

Is my data kept private during a repair?

Yes. We treat every machine that comes through our hands with absolute discretion — your files, photos, emails and passwords are your business, not ours. We won’t poke around in personal folders, and if a repair requires us to log in to any of your accounts (rare, but it happens) we’ll only do so with your permission and in your presence where possible.
