Can you help me set up a new printer?

Yes. We’ll unbox it, connect it to your Wi-Fi or wired network, install the correct drivers on all your devices, and test everything. We can do this on-site or, in some cases, talk you through it remotely.

My printer used to work but now it won’t print — what’s wrong?

This is usually caused by a driver update, a Windows update that’s broken the connection, or the printer losing its Wi-Fi connection. It’s one of the most common calls we get and usually straightforward to fix.

Can you fix this remotely?

Many printer issues — especially driver problems, queue issues, and connectivity settings — can be diagnosed and fixed remotely. If we need to physically check the printer or your network setup, we’ll arrange an on-site visit.

Can you recommend a good printer to buy?

Absolutely. We’ll ask a few questions about what you need it for — home use, office, photo printing, high volume — and recommend the best option for your budget. We don’t sell printers, so our advice is completely impartial.
