Can you fix a cracked phone screen?
We offer screen replacements for Android phones and tablets. The cost depends on the make and model — we’ll give you a quote before going ahead. For iPhones, we’d recommend an Apple-authorised repair provider to preserve your warranty.
Can you help me transfer data to a new phone?
Yes. We can transfer your contacts, photos, messages, apps, and accounts from your old device to your new one. This works for both Android and Apple devices, and even across platforms if you’re switching from one to the other.
My phone is running really slowly — can you fix that?
Usually, yes. Slow phones are often caused by full storage, too many background apps, outdated software, or in some cases malware. We’ll diagnose the issue, clear out what’s slowing it down, and get it running properly again.
Do you offer remote support for phones and tablets?
Some issues can be talked through over the phone or via a video call, but most phone and tablet work is best done in person. Get in touch and we’ll advise on the quickest way to get it sorted.
