What happens if you can’t fix the problem?
We operate on a no fix, no fee basis. If we can’t resolve the issue, you don’t pay. It’s as simple as that. We’ll also explain what the problem was and whether there are any other options worth considering.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. All repairs and services come with a 28-day warranty from the date of completion. If the same issue comes back within that period, we’ll sort it out at no extra charge.
